Aghori

A Friend of ~pickled-punk was holding a group exhibition where all the artists were given a postcard sized canvas to do whatever they wanted with, so I tried to use acrylic paint again.

I wanted to paint something a bit like an Aghori, these unbelievably macabre Indian monks. They are known to live in graveyards, eat human corpses (as well as feces and urine), cover themselves in cremation ashes, they have ritual sex with menstruating prostitutes and smoke cannabis all day. They also each have their own human skull that they eat and drink out of like a bowl, heh.

I changed the eyes and a couple of other things on Photoshop afterwards.
